PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION
Vivacity is a distributor and operator of Papercast e-Paper / E-Ink timetables and information signs. E-Paper provides energy efficient, accessible, real-time information for public transport users at bus stops, tram stops, train stations, ferry terminals and airports.
REAL TIME INFORMATION
Each timetable unit and display is connected to an online dashboard that enables operators to distribute up-to-date service information across its network. Existing and potential customers receive up-to-date information, increasing their satisfaction by reducing their frustrations with public transport.
Using E-paper timetables eliminate the cost of distributing printed timetables and notices about planned service disruptions and changes. Using the online dashboard, emergency information, notices of planned disruptions and public service announcements can be updated to any individual or group of displays at any time by the operator. Depending on the configuration, on-screen and audio announcements can be made.
Energy Efficient
E-Paper / e-Ink timetables are powered from a small solar panel and battery. Energy is only consumed when the display is activated or updated. Where solar exposure is poor, a long-life battery or mains power can be used.
Accessibility
E-paper timetables are easy to read; often being confused with printed paper. Optional features include backlighting for improved readability at night, push-button audio announcements, optional font sizes and bluetooth connectivity to personal mobile devices.

Live Updates
Real-time next-service arrival times, disruption information, event services, hours of operation and community announcements. Announcements about stop or station closures, local area information or route information. All can be updated at any time, by the network operator, using the online dashboard.
